Big Peanut Butter Cookie with Chocolate
Ingredients:
2 sticks cold butter
1 cup CB’s 1 ingredient Peanut Butter (order below)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup CB’s Kettle Roasted Sea Salt peanuts (order below)
1 cup M&M’s or chocolate chips
Directions:
Spray baking sheets with cooking spray and apply parchment paper. Cut butter into small cubes. Mix (in whatever you have that works best) butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy (about 5 minutes). In separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, and slowly mix into peanut butter mixture. Fold in peanuts, and finally fold in your choice of chocolate.
With dough at room temperature, scoop 3 ounce balls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes, remove and let cool (no-one will judge if you can’t wait).
