CB’s Peanut Butter
The key to making great peanut butter is in the roast—”slow and low” is the secret to the best flavor and separation-resistant oils, and taking the time to do that takes a commitment to quality that bigger companies just aren’t able or willing to make. Try one of our 1 or 2 ingredient peanut butters to discover the difference. Just slow roasted quality peanuts and maybe some sea salt if you prefer it that way. CB’s Nuts peanut butter is a delicious wholesome food.

Our Process
Well, it's pretty simple. We take our slowly barrel roasted peanuts and grind them to what we call a perfect Creamunchy texture. No added sugars, preservatives, palm oil (learn more about the issues of palm oil), nothing. Just nuts, the way peanut butter should be! The slow roast and Creamunchy grind are key, because together they create a unique rich roasted taste and almost smooth texture that allows for less oil separation in the jar.
We make three varieties, Organic, Natural (Original) and Salted and they are all minimally processed in our tree nut free facility by our hardworking team. We recently introduced our 2 Ingredient Peanut Butter that features Real Salt (TM) from Utah. You’ve gotta try it!

Health Benefits
Roasted peanut butter is high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats (including oleic acid, the healthful fat found in olive oil) and is also a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein, magnesium, and manganese. Peanuts have also been found to contain the phenolic antioxidant resveratrol, the beneficial compound found in red wine and grapes. Roasting can increase another of peanuts’ antioxidants, primarily a compound called p-coumaric acid, by as much as 22%, making roasted peanuts richer in antioxidants than apples, carrots, or beets. Finally, eating peanuts can also help reduce the risk of developing cancer, as they contain a form of phytosterol called beta-sitoserol (SIT), which is known to inhibit tumor growth. With all that goodness, it shouldn't be surprising that studies show frequent peanut consumption can lower your risk of cardiovascular and coronary heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
